There’s a new rooftop lounge in town! The Ace Hotel in South Park Downtown LA is a hit!

There's a new rooftop lounge in town! The Ace Hotel in South Park Downtown LA is a hit!

Built in 1927 for the maverick film studio, the United Artists theater and tower stand as monuments to a group of seminal American artists pushing out on their own.
The Ace is a hotel, venue, restaurant, bar and rooftop lounge and bar in Downtown Los Angeles at the historic United Artists Theater created by renegades in the 20s. Right above the restaurant on the second floor is a really cool bar with nice dim lighting with great ambience. Don’t forget to check it out! The rooftop lounge is quite breathtaking and the crowd is diverse and interesting. Last Friday, there was already a long line to get in as word got out how fun the Ace rooftop lounge is.

New Lease at the El Dorado Lofts

There’s a new lease at the El Dorado lofts. It’s a 2BD, 2BA loft. Please contact
Maple Navarro (310) 430-1949 for more details. CalBre #01924421

The El Dorado Lofts, constructed in 1913 was described by the LA Times as a magnificent hostelry with a strikingly beautiful façade and metropolitan conveniences. It was constructed by Downtown Properties. The exterior facade is dressed in concrete and turn of the century terracotta. Green glazed brick clad the exterior with Batchelder tiles on the interior walls and lobby columns. This building is a historical building and was once the home of Charlie Chaplin. The El Dorado lofts was built by and originally named for local capitalist and financier, N.W. Stowell. It was originally named the Hotel Stowell and was sold in 1938 and later renamed the El Dorado Hotel.
