The LA Convention is close to the Evo, Elleven and Luma condos. Evo, located in prestigious South Park is covered in sculpted glass and metal, rises 23 floors and is the third installment of condos by the South Group. It houses 311 luxury loft style residences including two-story townhouses. Evo is tall, cosmopolitan and is the epitome of luxury in Downtown Los Angeles.
